This is the 2nd season we have stored our travel trailer at American Heritage Mini-Storage. The customer service is amazing and the rates are very competitive. So happy we found this place.

The manager was a delightful person to work with. She answered all of my questions and offered to give me a tour of the property. They have great business and entry hours with reasonable rates.

We are very pleased with American Heritage Mini storage! Haley is very thoughtful and knowledgeable and made our RV storage an efficient process with coffee and treats thrown in! We have no complaints and feel our RV is in good hands at a safe facility.

The most helpful and respectful storage facility! I called several businesses and some were not even present in the state of Washington to even understand where I am or location of where there storage facilities were located. Very happy with the results of my needs and experience!

The management is friendly, getting a unit was easy and the prices and storage facilities are good. Location was convenient for our needs and security seems good. Supposed to have a 12 month price guarantee, without having a year contract. Overall happy so far.

Praise for the cleanliness and quality of the facility. My only negative comment is that the person who I dealt with did not wear a mask either of the times that I interacted with him...not even when he came out from behind the plexiglass and walked with me to the unit. Since I was wearing a mask, I would have appreciated him being more aware of Covid concerns.

From the initial phone call inquiring if there was availability to handing in my paperwork for vacating the unit every interaction with owners, Vicky & Greg, was excellent. They both are super friendly and helpful and to top it off the unit rental itself was the best deal for the quality of the grounds & service. Definitely recommend American Heritage to everyone!

The managing staff was extremely helpful. We were running late, after 6 pm, to store our trailer for the first time and sign paperwork, and they waited for us. And, also took the time to help us back into the spot. We have not backed our trailer, a ton. I dinged one star because the spot was extremely narrow, with about a 2 foot margin on either side, and a vehicle parked in front of our spot as well. Manuvering was very difficult, and it felt like every penny of space was being utilized. The risk of an accident and hitting another vehicle was high.

We have be storing our travel trailer for almost a year. During that time the space we were occupying was too narrow and there was not enough turn space to easily back into it. Thanks to Greg and Vickie, whom are quite wonderful people, we were able to move to a wider space that had become available. I have rated you five stars, but you very much need to widen some of the spaces, or perhaps angle them for easier access.
